Instead of viewing food through restriction or rules, we look at nutrition as a powerful tool for wellness. The goal is to support balance in the body using whole foods and practical changes that fit your life.

Many people have experienced being told what they “should” eat or what they’re doing wrong. That approach often feels judgmental and can make lasting change difficult.
My philosophy is different.
Nutritional consulting is a collaborative process in which we explore your current habits, patterns, and goals. You remain the expert on your life and preferences, while I provide education and guidance to help you discover what works best for your body.
The process is gentle, practical, and focused on sustainable change, not perfection.
What We Explore Together
We begin by looking at your current patterns and how they may be affecting your overall well-being.
This often includes:
- A 3-day food and lifestyle log to understand your current habits
- Identifying patterns that may point to blood sugar imbalance, metabolic stress, or immune challenges
- Exploring ways food can help restore balance and support healing
- Creating simple nutritional strategies tailored to your lifestyle and goals
Small changes can create meaningful shifts in how the body functions. Even modest adjustments to diet and daily habits can support energy, immune function, and overall well-being.

Lasting change rarely happens through drastic overhauls. Instead, we focus on small, manageable shifts that feel realistic and enjoyable.

Within Nutritional Consulting sessions, we'll work together to:
- Understand your current patterns and goals
- Explore targeted nutritional strategies
- Refine and support sustainable changes
This structure provides clarity and direction while allowing space for adjustments as you move forward.
Session Location
All sessions are held live via Zoom (video-based).
To prepare for your session:
- Choose a private, quiet space
- Ensure a stable internet connection
- Some clients enjoy having a journal handy to help them remember ideas or information
Session Length & Frequency
Unlike insurance-based services, your frequency and pacing are not dictated by medical billing structures.
You decide:
- How often we meet
- How long we work together
- The rhythm that feels supportive for you
You can book one session at a time, or purchase up to 4 sessions for a reduced rate.
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
Session Costs & Policies
- Consultation Call: Free, up to 15 minutes
- Single Session: $75/session
- Package of 4 Sessions: $70/session
After we agree on a date and time for your session, you'll receive a payment link via email. The payment must be received within 24 hours to hold the session.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for any reason must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
No Shows: Full session rate.
If you’re running late, we’ll meet to the end of our scheduled time.
