Important Instructions:
- After we've agreed to a future session date and time, your payment is due within 24 hours in order for us to hold the spot for you. (If not received, you'll need to contact us to arrange for a new date and time.)
- Please note your session date and time in your calendar.
- Choose between a Single Session or a 4-Session Package.
Session Location & Prep:
- All sessions are held live via Zoom (video-based). We will send you a link prior to the session.
- Sessions are 60, 75, or 90 minutes long.

To prepare for your session:
- Choose a private, quiet space
- Ensure a stable internet connection
- Some clients enjoy having a journal handy to help them remember ideas or information
- If this will be your very first session with Integrated Healing, if you have not yet filled out the Advisory Sessions Agreement, please do so prior to the session.
Policies:
- Cancellations for any reason must be made 24 hours prior to the start of the session. To cancel, please contact me.
- No shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.
- If you join the session late (up to 15 minutes), we’ll meet until the end of our scheduled time.
- If you don't show within 15 minutes, the session will be considered canceled.
