Testimonials

Emily has an incredible gift for helping people approach the deepest parts of themselves with curiosity, compassion, and loving kindness. She creates a space where the inner critic can be met without shame, gently guiding you toward understanding and self-acceptance. Through her work, I've discovered there is real strength in learning to be gentle with myself.

I had the privilege of supervising Emily as she deepened her work in complex trauma coaching, and it was a meaningful experience to witness her growth.

She brings a steady, compassionate, and curious presence to her clients, creating a space that feels both safe and respectful. What stood out most was her willingness to look within herself as she learned — rather than focusing on what might be “wrong” with others. This kind of reflection is at the heart of trauma-informed work.

Emily has a natural ability to stay with the process — not rushing, not fixing, but allowing clients to unfold at their own pace. This reflects a depth of understanding and genuine care.

Over time, I watched her develop greater confidence in trusting both herself and the process. I also deeply respect the way she is forging her own path, staying true to what feels aligned.

She is thoughtful, grounded, and continues to grow in a way that honors the complexity of the people she supports. I would confidently recommend her to anyone seeking a gentle, attuned, and authentic approach to healing.

I had the privilege of working alongside Emily as we facilitated a complex trauma group. She brings deep compassion, empathy, honesty, and a strong understanding of the needs that must be met to support healing. Her commitment to her own personal work is evident and allows her to create a safe, supportive environment where others can begin their healing journey.
— Kim, Trauma Group Co-Facilitator

I had the opportunity to go through a training program with Emily.  During that time, we were able to practice coaching each other.  Emily was always positive and supportive.  She had a way of helping me feel comfortable and safe during our sessions. I was able to incorporate many of her suggestions into my behaviors and my relationships with others.  Something that helps make a great coach is when they have experienced difficulties and trauma in their own life, allowing them to relate in empathy on a personal level.  By combining that with her training and skill set, she is able to teach her clients new tools that will help them find greater success, peace, and joy in life.
